Teen Mom 2 Season One Review

Jenelle:  What Happened: the very first episode Jenelle and her mom got in a huge fight, and her mom serves her papers for custody. Jenelle stays at a friends house, and has to look for a lawyer. But she ends up signing over custody of Jace to her mom. After that Barbara lets Jenelle have Jace on Saturdays, and Jenelle calls it babysitting. That's her son and when you have your son it's not called babysitting. Jenelle starts going out with Keifer who is not all good for her. He does drugs, and has been arrested once this season. Then Jenelle and Keifer showed up at her mom's house high. That's one way to get your kid back. Through out the season she is barely seen with Jace, and she talks about how Jace is her responsibility when she's barely there. Jenelle then has to apply for financial aid because she didn't save enough money working through the summer, probaly because she went out all the time. Jenelle needs to grow the hell up she has a child, and she can't be going out all the time. She also needs to get rid of Keifer because he is no good for her, or Jace. She is unreliable, her mom needs her to watch Jace while she goes out and do things. So Jenelle decides to spend the night at her friends house, smart. And the next day her mom calls her and no answer. Jenelle doesn't have help from Andrew other than child support. Jenelle tells Keifer about how she's always getting yelled at home, then Keifer tells her she brings on herself, and I agree with him because instead of staying home with, Jace she's out with Keifer and friends. Jace has to be her number one priority. Jenelle asks her mom to move in again with Keifer and Barbara lets them as long as they don't cause a rockus. Just a few days later Barbara catches them smoking weed on her porch, and kicks Jenelle out yet again. Jenelle and Keifer go to their friend Mike's house even though they're suppose to be coming back the next day. Then Jenelle has the great idea of going to Jersey to so Keifer can see his brother, Jenelle also steals her moms credit cards. When she gets back her mom confronts her and tells her she's not allowed back home. Jenelle stays at her friends house that night and the next night she has no where to go. Her mom calls her and lets her come home, and they need to talk in the morning. Barbara tells her she doesn't Jenelle with Keifer because he's no good for her. Jenelle ends up going to see him that night and they both end up in jail. Apparently Jenelle was caught with Marijuana and Keifer was caught snorting up cocaine. Jenelle's friend bails her out of jail. After Jenelle is bailed out of jail Keifer calls her and asks her if she's going to bail him out, Jenelle tells him she's not sure, and he says something about her letting him just sit there. He calls again asking the same thing, and a few days later she starts to miss him and bails him out with the help of a friend. Jenelle and Keifer are still together but Jenelle is mad at him.
What I Think: Jenelle needs to grow up and take care of her son and Barbara needs to let her be a mother. Jenelle can't be smoking weed especially around her moms house because it's not good for Jace to inhale that by either inhaling it from outside or when Jenelle holds him and he inhales it of her clothes. Jace shouldn't be exposed to that. Maybe next time Barbara kicks Jenelle out she should give it more time than she did because if she just keeps letting Jenelle back home after a day then Jenelle is having power over her mom, and that should be reversed. Jenelle really needs to get her life straightened out mostly for her son because his father isn't around so he needs his mother.

Chelsea: What Happened: Chelsea was living with her dad, until he agreed to pay for an apartment more like a small house,  as long as she keeps up with school, and graduates. Chelsea and Megan move into the house and Chelsea starts thinking about Adam, who only sees Aubree once a month. Aubree has gone from preemie to a cute little munchkin, as her grandpa calls her. Soon Adam's back in the picture and Chelsea wants to get back with him, because she wants Aubree to have a family. She starts seeing Adam and doesn't tell her dad, because her dad doesn't want Chelsea with Adam because of all the times Adam hurt her. Chelsea then tells her dad and he's not too happy but he's going to support Chelsea. Adam is around more and even changed Aubree's crappy diaper. Things seemed fine for the little family, and Aubree seems happy with Adam. Randy, Chelsea's dad says that if Adam is going to stay with Chelsea in the house then he needs to help out. After Adam moves in he starts causing problems with Megan and Megan ends up moving out. Chelsea can't finish her school, so she decides to go for her GED instead. Adam goes looking for a job at a restaurant, and Chelsea is paranoid about him working at a restaurant again because he cheated on her with a girl while working at a restaurant before, and they end up arguing about it. Adam admits to Chelsea about cheating on her five times. Then he moves out and leaves some of his crap in garage along with his car. After leaving it there for weeks Chelsea's dad Randy has it towed. Chelsea's family goes over to celebrate Aubree's first birthday. Chelsea didn't invite Adam because she's still upset with him and she's afraid of what he'll do about his car. Aubree's first birthday goes great mostly because Adam isn't there to start drama. Megan and Chelsea start hanging out again, and things are going great for Chelsea. Adam wants to take Aubree but Chelsea tells him no because she has plans and Adam gets upset.
What I Think: Adam needs to learn that he can't just take Aubree he needs to call ahead of time, because Chelsea has plans too. Adam wasn't their the first months of Aubree's life and doesn't really deserve to just pop up in her life like that, he can't just choose when he's ready to be a father. As Chelsea said she doesn't get to choose if she's ready to be a mom, she's a mom 24/7. Chelsea is a great mom though out the season she usually has Aubree with her, and the few times she didn't was a Lady Gaga concert, and dinner with her father. Adam wasn't around until a few episodes in the season, and I think that Randy has every right to not like Adam seeing that Adam treated Chelsea like crap on 16 and Pregnant by calling their daughter a "mistake" and on Teen Mom 2 by cheating on her. I hope Chelsea doesn't get back with Adam.

Kailyn: What Happened: Kailyn is still living with Jo and his parents, and in the first episode Kailyn and Jo break up, and she moves in the basement. Kailyn meets Jordan at work and they start going out, but then Jo, and his parents find out and they're upset, and Kailyn ends up breaking up with Jordan. Kailyn needs money for school and asks Jo for it. Jo gets in a fight his father and goes to his aunts house two hours away and Kailyn stays with a friend. Kailyn is upset when Jo suggest they all move their near his aunts, but Kailyn doesn't want that because her school, and her work and her family are all there and she doesn't want to move to a place where she doesn't know anyone. A few days after that Jo and his father Eddie reconcile, and Jo and Kailyn move back in. Kailyn and Jo are no longer together and Kailyn starts seeing Jordan again, and after awhile Kailyn decides to tell Jo. And that doesn't end well Jo tells her that she's a whore and she's not allowed in his house. So Kailyn moves in with her mom. Jo won't let Kailyn have her things until she pays him back the six hundred dollars she owes him. After she works and gets her paycheck she finally pays him back. She gets her things back and then they head to mediation. The visitation Jo has now doesn't really change but now it's all on paper.
What I think: Jo shouldn't call down Kailyn like he did after the mediation especially in front of Isaac and because that is the mother of his child, and that mean text he sent her that was really immature. Kailyn shouldn't have responded back either. Jo and Kailyn just need to be civil to each other for Isaac.

Leah: What Happened: Leah and Cory are still broken up and Leah noticed that somethings wrong with Aliannah. She takes her to see a doctor, and they're not sure what's wrong yet and they need to do an MRI. They have to wait a month to get it since Ali's too small. Leah tells Cory about Ali and he agrees to be there. Leah and Cory go on one date and Cory asks her if she wants to try and work things out. Soon Cory moves back in their house. Things are going good for them and Aliannah got her MRI and the doctors didn't find anything. They suggested she go see a geneticist, so she makes an appointment. Leah and Cory drop off the girls at Cory's parents house, and Cory takes her fishing, and comes up with the idea of putting a ring on the end of the reel, then tells Leah to reel it in. Then asks her to marry him. They put the wedding plans on hold to find out whats wrong with Ali. A few weeks later Leah goes dress shopping, and finds her perfect dress. Leah's mom is paying for the wedding and Leah and Cory find a place to have it. Then they get married and Cory looks as redneck as ever in his camouflage vest. Aleah and Aliannah look so cute in their dresses. Cory even carries Leah into the house.
What I Think: Cory and Leah have been though so much in the past year and deserve a happy ending. Their girls need both parents and they deserve a family and that's what their girls deserve. 

16 and Pregnant: Where Are They Now Season 1 and 2A)

Nikkole Paulun: As you may remember in Nikkole's episode, her boyfriend Josh and her mother fought all the time. Nikkole's mom didn't want her with Josh, because she didn't like him. I had to agree with Nikkole's mom.

Since filming wrapped, Josh was sent to jail, and Nikkole is raising Lyle, by herself and with the help of her mom. Nikkole saw Josh one night when Lyle was nine months old, she called the police on him. While filming Nikkole said that Josh was in jail for five months, and he going to be released in fives days. Nikkole talks about how she wants to be with Josh because she loves him, and for Lyle. I think she needs to stay away from Josh he is no good for her, or Lyle. But he needs to grow up and take care of his son, because he's going to miss out on alot of things. After Josh is released from jail, Nikkole and Lyle moved in with Josh. Maybe she'll learn how bad Josh is for her.

Lizzie Waller-Sickles: Lizzie is the girl that had the perfect family, perfect boyfriend, and was hoping for a perfect baby. Until she found out that her boyfriend/fiance cheated on her. After a heartfelt apology, Lizzie had her ring back.

Lizzie and Skyler got married five months after filming wrapped, they got married. They are still living with Lizzie's mom. Lizzie says that Summer is a really happy baby, and if you watch her in the special, you can see that. Lizzie says that she doesn't like living under her moms roof, as a married couple. She doesn't hang out with most of her friends anymore, and she mostly hangs out with her friend Jessica, and her son because she understands what it's like to be a teen mom. She understands that she can't go out at the spur of the moment. Lizzie is going to college to become a dental assistant, and while she's at school and Skyler is working her mom or dad will take summer.

Samantha Hernandez: Samantha is living with her mom, and two brothers. She tried living with Eric and his family but they started fighting alot, so she moved out. Eric's mom was upset, and told her not to come back. Eric and Samantha are still together, and Samantha describes Jordyn as a drama queen, and if you've watched this you'll see it. Jordyn is so cute, and has alot of hair. Samantha also talks about how things use to be, like how they wold go out and have fun, but that all changed. Eric also gave her a promise ring, he said is was so she would know that he would always be there for her, and Jordyn. Eric works alot, and when  he's off work he goes to see Jordyn, or he'll take her to his house. I'm glad that they're still together because they are two good people, and now they have a daughter. I think they'll be together for a long time.

Lori Wickelhaus: Lori as you may remember gave her son, Aiden up for adoption. She really wanted to keep her son but her and her ex-boyfriend Corey weren't ready.

Lori gets pictures of Aiden every few months, and he's gotten really cute, he has red hair like Corey. He looks alot like his dad. For Lori's birthday her parents got her a dog, and she said that if she had a dog before she got pregnant it probaly would've been an easier decision. She also says that she hasn't talked to Corey in months, and that he doesn't go to see his son. Lori also says that she's glad her mom pushed for adoption because she knew she  was going to have to give him up, she didn't want to admit it to herself. She's also on birth control but not looking or have a man. She just wants to be safe.

Valerie Fairman: Valerie is still doing home schooling, so she can stay home with Nevaeh. Valerie and Matt worked things out, and he did do a DNA test, and Nevaeh is his daughter. Matt still works an hour away, and helps financially with his and Valerie's daughter. Matt visit more often then before. Valerie got her license and can drive around with her daughter.

Whitney Purvis: After their episode, Whitney was overcome with all the new responsibilities, and she and big Weston broke up. A few months after that they learned that baby Weston had a genetic disorder, and they got back together, and wanted to get baby Weston better. She and Weston made the mutual decision not to have anymore kids, because of baby Weston's genetic disorder. They don't want to have to have kids with that. I think that was a good decision.

Nicole Fokos: Nicole and Tyler stopped with the house hopping and, Nicole stays at her mom and Tyler will go over and visit. Nicole and Tyler are still together and plan to get married. Nicole works at a fast food restaurant, and they want to save up for a home. They have to be one to best couples, they were together for awhile before she got pregnant, and they've proven to be great parents to Brooklyn. I can't wait to see their wedding photos.

Ebony Jackson Rendon: Ebony and Josh got married a few months after filming. Josh did go into the air force as a mechanic. Ebony doesn't really get along with the other wives because they're older and look down on the younger ones. Josh really wants another baby because he missed out on alot with Jocelyn and wants to see everything with the new baby. Most couples aren't ready for another baby but of all of the 16 and Pregnant couples Ebony and Josh have to be the most prepared.

16 and Pregnant: Allie Mendoza (Season 3)

 

When Allie found out she was pregnant, her father kicked her out, and her mother couldn't take her. So she moved in with her boyfriend Joey and his mom. One day Joey's mom gets mad at Allie and almost hits her, and tells her how her parents don't do and they don't even want her. Joey and Allie then move out and go to Joey's grandmother's house.
Joey's mom shouldn't be acting like that around Allie, and trying to hit her. She is pregnant. She really needs help, because I'm sure that Joey and Allie don't want Aydynn around that. Allie and Joey have to think about how that will affect their baby, and get him out of that situation. I think that Allie knows that she won't let her baby be round that, and that's good. I think Allie has a good head on her shoulders and knows how to take care of her baby, and knows what's best for her baby.
